Training Program
MaxxedOut Fitness is a training program/workout developed by Vernon Maxwell, legendary ASU Hall of Famer and former NFL star. MaxxedOut Training encourages fitness and health for anyone age 15 and over. The MaxxedOut Method teaches you that proper technique is crucial to avoiding injury and optimizing every exercise. MaxxedOut stresses perfect form and will teach you the “do’s and don’ts” of every movement. Essentially, you will get a real WORKOUT!
The MaxxedOut Method is rooted in the belief that fitness starts with CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING. That said, it is essential that you do some form of “cardio” SIX days a week! Secondly, you will learn the importance of eating to live, rather than living to eat. Lastly, we will expect you to be serious about achieving MaxxedOut results…show up ready to get Maxxed Out at every session!
Vernon’s formula of strengthening workouts, cardiovascular training and proper nutrition will allow you to work at a higher level while remaining injury free…you can have NO PAIN and still GAIN MaxxedOut results!
